Understanding beer products

Pouring the perfect pint

Maintaining food & personal hygiene in the bar

Cleaning & maintaining lines for cask products

Cleaning, maintaining, selecting & storing glassware

Understanding & maintaining dispense systems

Receiving, storing & controlling stock

Understanding & maintaining cooling systems

How to rectify dispensing problems

Storing & serving bottled beer

Cleaning beer lines correctly

Maintaining a safe & hygienic cellar

COURSE DURATION: One day programme with examination at the end of the day.

COURSE LOCATION: At one of our BIIAB approved examination centres in Hull City Centre

COURSE COST: £125 + VAT per delegate. This includes BIIAB registration, examination, certification & handbook, plus lunch and refreshments.
