Springfield Management Training was established in 1995 and has grown to become a respected provider of training and development for companies and organisations locally, regionally and nationally in the UK and with a more recent development of overseas links.

We are a nationally approved training centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body (BIIAB) and we are an accredited user of Team Management Systems Development International (TMSDI).

We also provide consultancy and support to companies & organisations pursuing accreditation as Investors In People, or wishing to embed continuous improvement. Our team of professional training consultants all subscribe to the philosophy of making training and learning as enjoyable as possible in order to make it stick, and to positively encourage and enthuse people to apply what they have learned to their work situations.

As a consequence, Springfield Training courses are as interactive as possible and embrace humour & fun wherever appropriate, to underpin the learning and serve as an anchor for retention. All courses are thoroughly evaluated and debriefed with the client in order to consistently develop what we do, and continually ensure client satisfaction.
