Springfield's Managing Director, principal trainer and consultant in management and business development. Nick has over 25 years' hands on experience in management and training and is Centre Director for the Institute of Leadership & Management and British Institute of Innkeeping awarding bodies for whom Springfield is an approved centre. Nick is also the accredited facilitator for Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems and a qualified life coach.

He is the client's first point of contact and can advise on the full range of training provision.Mark was closely involved with the piloting of the The Youth Inc programme and is also one of Springfield's examination invigilators.

Hannah Parkin is Centre Manager and oversees the day to day management of the Company.

She has worked for Springfield for 7 years and was instrumental in Springfield gaining BIIAB Approved Centre status in July 2003 and recognition as an Investor in People in March 2004. Hannah is closely involved in the development of the company and is able to advise clients on all aspects of course provision.
