Team profiling, team building and team development is provided by Nick Bardsley as an accredited facilitator of Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems profiling.
The sessions can include:
Personal team management profiling
This provides every team member with information to explain their team role, work preferences and related roles and how these can be used. How this affects the creativity, development, productivity, quality and achievement of the team.
Team performance profiling
This is designed to provide useful feedback about perceptions of team effectiveness, benchmarked against team activities, advising, innovating, promoting, developing, organising, producing, inspecting, maintaining and team linking.
Personal linking skills profiling
The linking skills profile measures individual linking skills, i.e. how an individual co-ordinates and integrates the work of their team, giving positive guidelines on the key areas in which improvement may be needed.
Types of work profiling
Helps to formulate a specific job review through the profile which is a useful discussion tool containing valuable insights about the job that will help with objective setting, task allocation, performance review and personal development plans.
