CIEH Level 2 Award - Food Safety in Catering

This programme is designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked or handled.

Course Content

  • Food safety hazards
  • Principles of safe food storage
  • Temperature control
  • Cleaning
  • Refrigeration, chilling & cold holding
  • Food premises & equipment
  • Cooking, hot holding & reheating

Duration

One day programme 9:30AM - 4:30PM with examination at the end of the day.

Location

Hull City Centre training venue

Courses can also be delivered in-house on client premises for groups of 6 or more

Cost

£50 + VAT per delegate. This includes CIEH registration, examination & certification, plus light refreshments throughout the day.
