Ideal for both Licensees and staff, this programme provides information and practical, hands-on training on how to maintain a safe, hygienic and effective bar and cellar:

Course Content

 

  • Understanding beer products
  • Pouring the perfect pintabcq
  • Maintaining food & personal hygiene in the bar
  • Cleaning & maintaining lines for cask products
  • Cleaning, maintaining, selecting & storing glassware
  • Understanding & maintaining dispense systems
  • Receiving, storing & controlling stock
  • Understanding & maintaining cooling systems
  • How to rectify dispensing problems
  • Storing & serving bottled beer
  • Cleaning beer lines correctly
  • Maintaining a safe & hygienic cellar

 

Duration

One day programme with examination at the end of the day.

Location

At one of our BIIAB approved examination centres in Hull City Centre

Cost

£125 + VAT per delegate. This includes BIIAB registration, examination, certification & handbook, plus lunch and refreshments.
