Giving Back

Here at Springfield Training we passionately believe that everyone has the potential, & ability, to overcome professional & personal adversity when given access to the practical support, help & advice they need, and by supporting our local community and contributing to charities that undertake essential work in difficult and challenging conditions, we make a small, but essential difference.

Our underlying ethics and values of good corporate citizenship are fundamental to the way we interact with our partners and clients.

We operate with respect and integrity at all times. We're focussed on improving sustainability across all we do, with a strong emphasis on balancing our need to deliver commercial success, and respect for our communities and the environment.

We deliver our services in ways that consider the long term impact on the communities and environments in which we work, and we continually promote social inclusion.

We support our local community initiatives, schools and charities and support and encourage our colleagues and partners in their own charitable endeavours.

We strive to have an outstanding record for health, safety and wellbeing, and we always act with integrity.

We engage with, and support local communities and we focus on protecting the environment.

Springfield Training is proud to support the Alzheimers Society

Living with Dementia

A diagnosis of dementia can come as a shock. Even if you have been half expecting it, this will be a worrying and upsetting time. It can also be hard for those close to you. You will all need a great deal of reassurance and support. However, there is much that you can do in the early stages that can help to make life easier and more enjoyable, both now and in the future……

We are committed to raising much needed money to support the work of the Alzheimers Society.

How you, our partners, can help?

By Donating:

  • 5 could pay for one person to attend a half hour session at a monthly Dementia Cafe, providing information and support for people with dementia and their carers
  • 20 could pay for 100 copies of Understanding and respecting the person with dementia - one of the Society's most requested factsheets.
  • 50 could fund a PhD researcher for one day to continue vital research into understanding the causes of dementia, how it can be treated and, ultimately, to find a cure.
  • 120 could pay to run Talking Point for one day - the Society's 24/7 online community for all people affected by dementia.
