An opportunity has arisen for someone looking begin or progress their career in Administration. To join a small but rapidly growing HR Consultancy, based in Morley, Leeds, whilst working towards gaining a Business Administrator Level 3.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Answering incoming calls and transferring or message taking.

Meet & greet any visitors and ensure they have refreshments in meetings.

Help to maintain office appearance in common arears.

Scheduling appointments, meetings & events including booking meeting rooms.

Data entry of customer and prospect records on to our in-house CRM system.

Client Administration putting together handbooks or H&S Manuals.

Marketing using social media portals, emails.

Ad-hoc duties when required.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training will take place within the work place working alongside experienced staff members, whilst working towards gaining a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate at Quest Consulting Services Ltd.
