Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID 19)

As an Education and Training provider it’s important that we consider the impact of the ongoing and changing coronavirus and the challenges we face as a country.

To provide you with assurances we are undertaking a range of things to minimise potential infection within both our offices and employer premises when visiting staff. We are following the government guidelines in relation to personal hygiene and we disinfect and clean our work areas, which includes laptop computers, mobile and desk phones, and wider building facilities daily.

We are monitoring colleague health and although this is currently not the case, should anyone present with symptoms, we will follow the government guidelines for self-isolation and reporting.

Where employers have requested that we don’t attend their premises over the next few weeks we have and will continue to provide candidate support remotely. This includes:

Skype Training Sessions

Telephone Tutorials

Email Support

E-Learning Modules

Issuing Workbooks & providing telephone tutorials

Ongoing support through our E-Portfolio

It is our preferred option to carry out face to face visits and this will continue unless otherwise requested.

Where exams have been agreed and booked, these will continue to take place unless a postponement has been agreed.

This is an unprecedented incident that is continually changing based on government advice and we will provide information of any developments, however it is our intention to continue with all sessions either remotely or face to face to avoid any disruption to learning but should you have any specific concerns or questions please call us on 08000 502324 and ask to speak to either me, Noel Johnson or Stacey Calvert.

Although we are very mindful of the need to minimise the risk of spreading this virus, we are equally aware of the need to maintain business as usual whilst following government guidelines.
