Based in Leeds, we are an ambitious young training provider delivering a range of apprenticeships and other programmes throughout the Yorkshire and Humber regions.
Following the successful promotion of our current Operations Manager to a new role we are now eager to find an exceptional person to join our team. You will lead on further developing the quality of learning, teaching, assessment and the learner experience.
You will have learners, employers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do and have extensive experience of the work-based learning sector.
You will be responsible for managing the training delivery and all associated processes. This will involve concentrating on quality, compliance, timely success rates, cost efficiencies, overseeing the successful delivery of all contracts, liaising with awarding organisations, business development, maximising contracts, team management and motivation and lots more!
We are looking for someone who can grow the learner numbers across all apprenticeships and our commercial provision, someone who can inspire and motivate colleagues to give their best every day to ensure that our customers get outstanding teaching and learning every day.
A full clean drivers licence, a car and the willingness to travel within our catchment area as required are essential for this role.

Your starting salary will be 30000 - 40000 dependent on your experience and sector based successes
