Apprenticeship summary

Your training will take place within the workplace. You will work alongside friendly, experienced staff members, who will be there to support you throughout your training. You will also be continuously supported by Springfield Training teaching staff as you work towards gaining a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

Typical duties will include:

Ensure telephone calls are answered in a professional manner and routed to the correct department

Working with people and build strong relationships both with customers and colleagues

Complete monthly checks to ensure we hold current insurance policies on all bona fide subcontractors

Log customer warranty items and queries on our aftersales software on behalf of purchasers

Thrive in the challenge of a busy department which supports the rest of the business to run smoothly and efficiently

Deal with incoming and outgoing post and emails

Carry out monthly stock checks of general stationery and consumables and prepare orders for restocking

Take overflow calls from Sales Offices and record tasks on the sales system.

On successfully completing the apprenticeship, the candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a full-time role with Peter Ward Homes.
