At Springfield Training, learners are provided with information about the organisations Code of Conduct, Teaching, Learning & Assessment Strategy and Disciplinary process, which highlight our rules and expectations, with the aim to create a safe environment for all. As individuals, we are responsible to abide by rules and laws, and to respect their value, as they are in place to protect us. When rules and laws are broken then consequences and actions may follow. We must take responsibility for our own thoughts, words and actions and have a clear understanding of what is right and what is wrong.
