During this interview, he spoke candidly to our Deputy CEO Dan Howard about the importance of mental health care within the workplace and the benefits both individuals and companies can gain from being open to, and mindful of our individual mental health resilience. John also spoke about his own mental health challenges and how he uses his own experiences to inspire others.
